Comfortable walking shoes (You will be doing a lot of walking! USC is a big campus!)

Rainwear (umbrella, rainhat, waterproof shoes)

Swimwear, sunglasses, etc. (You can swim at the Blatt Physical Education Center, and the sun almost always shines brightly over Columbia, SC.)
